The Dept. of Law at MIU arranged a seminar and a Freshers’ Reception

The Department of Law at Manarat International University has arranged a Freshers' reception program for the newly admitted students of Fall 2023 semester and a seminar titled "The Constitution of Bangladesh: A Legal Document for the Supremacy of People". The program was held on October 18, 2023 (Wednesday) in the morning at the permanent campus of the university at Ashulia. For this event, the venue was decorated with colorful balloons, festoons, posters, and eye-catching designs. Hedayetullah Al Mamoon, a member of the board of trustees of MIU, was present as the chief guest and chief discussant on the main theme of the seminar. The program was presided over by Mohammad Azharul Islam, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Law. Abdullah Hil Gani, Assistant Professor; Barrister Md. Tasnim Ferdous Assistant Professor; and Hosne Ara Begum, Assistant Professor; Deputy Registrar also delivered their speech at the event. Moreover, the newly admitted students expressed their satisfaction and opinion. Later on, the existing students warmly welcomed the newly admitted students and received them with flowers.
