Mode of Payment (Except B. Pharm. & LL.B.)

Students have to pay the required fees/charges of any semester in 2 (two) installments;
For 1st semester:
a) The students will pay Tk. 16,000 as admission fee and Tk. 10,000 as semester fee at the time of admission.
b) The remaining fees/ charges (if any) must be paid before the mid-term examination**
For other semesters:
a) Tk. 10,000 has to be paid during registration.
b) The remaining fees/ charges (if any) must be paid before the mid-term examination.** **As per Academic Calendar

Mode of Payment for B.Pharm. & LL.B.

For 1st semester:
a) The students will pay Tk. 16,000 as admission fee and Tk. 15,000 as semester fee at the time of admission.
b) 50% of the remaining fees/charges (if any) of the semester has to be paid before the mid-term examination.**
c) The remaining fees/charges (if any) has to be paid before the final examination of the semester.**
For other semesters:
a) Tk. 15,000 has to be paid during registration.
b) 50% of the remaining fees/charges (if any) of the semester has to be paid before the mid-term examination.**

II. Scholarship based on semester results (SGPA) at MIU examinations:

  • Top 10% students of a program will be eligible for 25% – 100% scholarships based on Semester Grade Point Average (SGPA).
  • Minimum required SGPA is 3.50 provided that minimum 9 credits (15 credits for B.Pharm) were taken.
  • If SGPA is equal/ same, then CGPA will be considered. If CGPA is also equal/ same, then SSC & HSC GPA will be counted.
  • Not applicable for Package programs.

III. Special scholarship only for new students (Meritorious but low income group from remote areas):

IV. 100% scholarship on tuition fees for children of freedom fighters.

V. Additional 5% special scholarship on tuition fee for sibling, spouse (husband-wife), and parent-children will be given for the entire study period.
