Interested tenderer may collect schedule from website of MIU: till 10 January, 2024 at 11.00 A.M. Deposit an amount of BDT 500/- (Five hundred only) non-refundable in favor of “Manarat International University” account no: MSA-20502760200095604, Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, Gulshan circle-1 branch, Dhaka from any branch of Islamic Bank Bangladesh Limited and must submit the original “Deposit Slip of Money” with the tender.

The bidders must submit earnest money of TK. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) only (refundable) in the form of Pay Order issued from any scheduled bank drawn in favor of “Manarat International University” along with their offer. The tender would be opened on 10 January, 2024 at 12.00 noon. Representatives of the participating bidders may remain present at the time of opening the tender. MIU authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without showing any reason.

Guideline & pre-condition of the tender
The Tender prepared by the Tenderer shall comprise of the following:
• Tender Submission letter in their business letter head pad.
• Completed priced Schedule for Goods and related services (Form -1).
• Completed Specifications Submission and Compliance Sheet (Form-2).
• Tender Security of Tk. 30,000.00 in the format of Pay order or Demand draft in the format of any schedule bank of Bangladesh.
• Valid Trade License.
• Documentary evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN) and VAT as a proof of fulfillment of taxation obligations.
• Minimum experience of satisfactory completion of supply and installation of Air- conditioner in at least one contract with a minimum value of Tk.15,00,000.00 over the last 03 years.
• Payment condition: 10 days after supply & installation with acceptance
• VAT and TAX applicable as per Govt. rules.
