Manarat International University Arranged Freshers’ Reception for Fall 2022 💐🌷🌹

Manarat International University has arranged a Freshers' Reception Programme for the fresh students admitted in the Fall 2022 semester. The programme was held on October 11, 2022 (Tuesday) in the morning, the permanent campus of the university at Ashulia, and earlier on October 10 (Monday), a separate programme was held at the Gulshan campus. Professor Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Vice-Chancellor of MIU, was present as the chief guest, while Hafizul Islam Mian, Treasurer (In-Charge) and Md. Manirul Islam, Registrar, were present as special guests , and the event was presided over by Professor M. Harun-Ar-Rashid, the Dean of the School of Business and Economics. On the occasion, a topic-based guidance discussion was held where A. H. M. Abu Syeed, the Controller of Examinations; Ahmad Mahbub-ul-Alam, Head and Associate Professor of the English Department; Mohammad Azharul Islam, Head and Associate Professor of the Law Department; Md. Mahabub Alom, Head and Associate Professor of the Business Administration Department; Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, Head and Associate Professor of the CSE Department; Dr. Muhammad Obaidullah, Head and Associate Professor of the Islamic Studies Department; Rafikuzzaman, Head of the Journalism and Media Studies Department; Dr. Mohammad Abul Kalam Azad, Coordinator and Associate Professor of the Center for General Education; Ashaf-ud-Doula, Library Incharge and others were discussed. Abdul Matin, Additional Director of Admission, Public Relations and Students Affairs, addressed the welcome speech while Dr. Nargis Sultana Chowdhury, Head and Associate Professor of the Pharmacy Department; Mohammad Mamun Ur Rashid, Associate Professor and MBA Coordinator; and Tasmia Moslehuddin, Associate Professor of the English Department; Alamgir Hossain, Deputy Registrar, and others were present on the occasion. On the occasion, the chief guest congratulates the new students and expresses hope that their university life will be enjoyable for the next four years and that they will be able to achieve their desired goals through hard work. A training workshop on IT was also held for the new students after the event.
