Admission Fair begins at MIU: 50% Waiver on Admission Fees

An admission fair for the semester of Spring Semester 2024 has started at Manarat International University. Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdus Sabur Khan, Vice Chancellor (Acting), inaugurated the admission fair today, 18 November 2023 (Saturday), by cutting a ribbon. The fair will continue till 30 November 2023. Associate Professor Dr. Muhammad Obaidullah (Dean of Arts and Humanities), Associate Professor Md. Mahabub Alom (Dean of Business and Economics), Dr. Moazzom Hussain (Registrar), Associate Professor Ahmad Mahbub-ul-Alam (Head of English), Associate Professor K. M. Akhtaruzzaman (Head of EEE), Associate Professor Mohammad Azharul Islam (Head of Law), Assistant Professor Rofiquzzaman (Head of Journalism and Media Studies), Mr. A. H. M. Abu Syeed (Director of Admission and Public Relations), Mr. Abdul Matin (Additional Director of Student Affairs) and many other faculty members officials and students were also present in the program. During the fair, prospective students interested in admission to various programs will get a 50% waiver on the admission fee. In addition, there is up to a 100 % waiver on the tuition fees based on SSC and HSC or equivalent results. Admission seekers with GPA-5 in both SSC and HSC (without the fourth subject) will get a 100% waiver on the tuition fees. Children of the Freedom Fighters and the poor and meritorious admission seekers will also have the opportunity to get up to 100% scholarship. The different academic programs of MIU are BBA, BA (Hons) in English, B. Pharm (Hons), CSE (Regular and Evening), EEE (Regular and Evening), LLB (Hons), Bachelor of Journalism and Media Studies, BA (Hons) in Islamic Studies (Regular and Weekend), MBA (Regular and Executive) and MA in English (Regular and Evening).
